Decodable Reads combines the specific phonics skills a student needs to practice with a custom story idea to create reading magic! Educators input a student's current phonics knowledge and select specific skills to target. Students then provide any topic they want to read about. Using this information, Decodable Reads generates a unique story that reinforces the chosen phonics skills while being highly decodable based on the student's overall abilities.
- From the most unique topic your student can imagine to the most specific academic topic they need to learn more about, Decodable Reads can write high-quality decodables about ANYTHING! Whether it's a student's favorite cartoon character, the silliest combination of words they can imagine, or an academic concept they're studying in classt, Decodable Reads will create a story incorporating that theme while focusing on the target phonics skills. Note* if any inappropriate prompts are detected, Decodable Reads will generate a story about a random topic. We do not, however, guarentee that the story will be appropriate.
